I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Mari McConathy—Personal Trainer, Certified Pilates Instructor, former ballet dancer, mother of four, and proud grandmother. With decades of movement experience and a passion for helping others, I’ve dedicated my career to guiding people toward strength, mobility, and renewed confidence, especially after injury or while managing conditions such as scoliosis or osteoporosis.

In my fully equipped home studio in Versailles, Kentucky, I offer one-on-one sessions tailored to your body, your goals, and your unique history. Whether you're rebuilding after rehab or simply ready to feel better in your body, I’ll meet you where you are—with compassion, knowledge, and a mindful approach to movement.

1. Schedule Your Free Consultation: We’ll start with a friendly chat - either in person or online - to learn more about your goals, current lifestyle, and any movement challenges. This helps us design a plan that truly fits you.

2. Personalized Fitness & Pilates Assessment: In your first session, we’ll do a simple movement assessment to understand your posture, flexibility, and strength. No pressure, just a baseline so we can track your progress together.

3. Customized Program Design: Based on your needs - whether it’s improving your core strength, easing joint pain, managing weight, or building long-term vitality - I’ll create a plan just for you using Pilates, strength training, and functional movement.

4. Private, Supportive Sessions: Train in a fully equipped private studio in Versailles, KY, or online via Zoom, where you’ll have my full attention. Each session is adapted to your progress, so you’ll always feel challenged but supported.

5. Ongoing Guidance & Accountability: We’ll track your results, celebrate your wins, and adjust your program as you grow stronger. My goal is to keep you motivated, confident, and consistent.
